1 cup Soy milk
1/2 cup Wyman's frozen blueberries
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder (protein - optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 smashed banana
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender; blend on high for 15 seconds. If you have a couple of strawberries to throw in, that's even better.
