Recipes: Wyman's Berry Pie

2 1/2 cups Wyman's Frozen Red Raspberries
2 1/2 cups Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pastry dough for 9" double pie crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line 9" pie plate with 1/2 rolled pastry dough. Combine berries, sugar, cornstarch, flour and cinnamon. Mound Berry mixture into lined pie pan. Drape with remaining rolled pastry dough. Crimp or flute edges and vent top. To glaze top: brush lightly with water and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until golden brown and berry juices begin to bubble about 45-55 minutes. Cool before serving.
